Charlene Cooper-Day ("Cooper-Day") appeals the summary judgment rendered against her on her gender discrimination claims for constructive discharge and unequal pay. The primary issue we address in this appeal is whether Cooper-Day timely filed her administrative complaint as mandated by Texas Labor Code section 21.202. Tex. Lab. Code Ann. § 21.202 (Vernon 1996). We hold that Cooper-Days constructive discharge and unequal pay claims are jurisdictionally barred because they were not administratively filed within 180 days of the date the alleged unlawful employment practices occurred. Therefore, we will affirm the trial courts summary judgment.
